Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at ipctabernacledallas.org (the "Site"), operated by IPC Tabernacle Dallas, Inc., also known as Indian Pentecostal Church Tabernacle Dallas, Inc. ("IPC Tabernacle Dallas," "the Church," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site.
2. Changes to the Site and These Terms
The content, features, and materials on the Site may be changed, updated, suspended, or removed at any time, without prior notice, at our sole discretion. We may also revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, audio, video, sermons, music, page layout, design, and underlying code — is the property of IPC Tabernacle Dallas or its content providers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
4. Restrictions on Use of Content
All content on the Site is off limits to being copied, reproduced, altered, modified, adapted, reverse engineered, decompiled, distributed, redistributed, republished, publicly displayed, sold, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, without our prior written permission. You may view and access the content solely for your own personal, non-commercial, and lawful use. Any other use is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or structure of any part of the Site;
- Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of the Site; or
- Use any automated means to access, scrape, or copy content from the Site without our prior written permission.
6. User Submissions and Communications
When you submit information to us — such as prayer requests, contact-form messages, comments, or other materials (collectively, "Submissions") — you represent that you have the right to do so and that your Submission does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law. You grant IPC Tabernacle Dallas a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide right to use, reproduce, and act upon your Submission for ministry and operational purposes. Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information that you do not wish us to use; Submissions are not treated as confidential except as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Monitoring and Surveillance
For the safety and security of our congregation, staff, volunteers, visitors, and property, we maintain security and video surveillance systems on our physical premises and monitor activity on our digital platforms, including the Site. We may record, log, and retain video, audio, and activity data, and may use it for security, safety, incident investigation, and legal purposes, and may disclose it to law enforcement or as otherwise permitted or required by law. By entering our premises or using the Site, you acknowledge and consent to such monitoring and recording.
8. Donations and Payments
The Site does not collect, process, or handle any donations or payments directly, and we do not provide any donation- or payment-processing service ourselves. Giving and other digital payments are made through our third-party church-management platform, OneChurch Software, which is subject to OneChurch's own terms of use and privacy policy. The "Members Login" link on the Site directs users to log in to the OneChurch platform. We may, in the future, enable non-member or anonymous individuals to give through the OneChurch platform. Because these transactions occur on and are handled by OneChurch, we are not responsible for the OneChurch platform, its availability, or its handling of your payment or personal information, and you should review OneChurch's terms and privacy policy before transacting.
9. Accuracy of Materials
The materials on the Site are provided for general informational and ministry purposes only. We make no representations or warranties of any kind about the accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability, or suitability of the content. The content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information, and is subject to change at any time without notice. You rely on the content at your own risk.
10. Availability — No Guarantee of Uptime
The Site and any related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Site, its content, or any service provided through it will be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we make no guarantee regarding uptime. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict availability of all or any part of the Site at any time without notice.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPC Tabernacle Dallas and its leaders, staff, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site, its content, or any service provided through it.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IPC Tabernacle Dallas and its leaders, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
14. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites and services (such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and OneChurch Software) that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service, and provide such links for convenience only.
15. Property Protection and Enforcement
Any attempt to damage, deface, vandalize, tamper with, gain unauthorized access to, or otherwise harm our property — whether physical or digital, including the Site and our online platforms — is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Right to Deny or Terminate Service
We and our administrators reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to deny, suspend, restrict, or terminate any person's access to or use of the Site, our online services, or our ministries, events, programs, and facilities, at any time and for any lawful reason, including for any violation of these Terms or of the conduct expectations described below.
17. Conduct at Our Facilities and Events
We seek to maintain a safe, respectful, and worshipful environment for everyone. All visitors and participants are expected to behave appropriately and to observe reasonable standards of decorum and the instructions of our staff and volunteers. If you are disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe, or otherwise fail to follow these expectations, you may be asked to leave the event, program, or facility, and we reserve the right to remove or refuse entry to any person for such reasons.
18. Language of Services
Our services, meetings, and events may be conducted, in whole or in part, in different languages at various times, and the language or format may change without notice. We do not guarantee that translation or interpretation will be available for any given service or event.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
20. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IPC Tabernacle Dallas regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
